My therapeutic style is welcoming, while putting you at ease in an empathic space. You deserve to be treated with respect, dignity, sensitivity, and compassion. I believe in your strengths. My approach is a mixture of techniques and philosophies including cognitive-behavioral, interpersonal, psychoanalytic, biblical and strengths-based counseling – specializing in trauma and wellness.
My focus is to inspire individuals to discover their authentic voice, honor it, which may have been lost or misplaced through life’s traumas and circumstances, and to empower them to trust their vision and use their power to heal the inner child and to reclaim life on their terms.
